REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024/2025 SEASON IS OPEN

BUT FIRST>>> Before Getting Registered
-Every first time player must provide a copy of Birth Certificate, Alberta Health Care card and
parents must fill out an Alberta Hockey Parent Declaration form.
-One parent must complete the Respect in Sport prior to registration so you have your
certificate number. They expire after 5 years, and existing members will need your expiry date
as well. **You will need this to Register**
-If you have been previously registered with an Minor Hockey Association and have moved,
you must complete a Player Movement form.

Registration Fees for 2024/2025

| U5/U7 | 2018 up to 2021 | $400 | $475 |
| U9 | 2016 - 2017 | $450 | $525 |
| U11 | 2014 - 2015 | $500 | $575 |
| U13 | 2012 - 2013 | $600 | $675 |

*All fees include your Alberta Hockey Membership fee and team socks*
*These are the registration costs until JULY 15 Afterwards Cost goes up additional $75

CMHC would like to remind you that there are organizations that will assist with costs should that prevent a child from participating, including Kidsport, Every kid/Every Community, and Jump Start. There are also local companies that are willing to assist. Links for these programs; HERE
Each Athlete/Team will be required to fund raise a set amount of dollars each season, to be disclosed at Parent Meeting in the fall.
All fees will include Team socks
Our club would not be successful without the help from Volunteers, and we greatly appreciate the time and energy each parent puts in. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Team Managers or any of the CMH Executive Board at any time.
