REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023/2024 SEASON WILL OPEN MAY/JUNE 2023!!
Before Getting Registered
-Every first time player must provide a copy of Birth Certificate, Alberta Health Care card and
parents must fill out an Alberta Hockey Parent Declaration form.
-One parent must complete the Respect in Sport prior to registration so you have your
certificate number. They expire after 5 years, and existing members will need your expiry date
as well. **You will need this to Register**
-If you have been previously registered with an Minor Hockey Association and have moved,
you must complete a Player Movement form.

Registration Fees for 2022/2023
| Division | Birth Year | Regular Fee | Late Registration (After September 1) |
| U7 | 2016 and under | $375 | $450 |
| U9 | 2014 - 2015 | $425 | $500 |
| U11 | 2012 - 2013 | $475 | $550 |
| U13 | 2010 - 2011 | $575 | $650 |
IF TEAMS FILL UP YOU WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST
*All fees include your Alberta Hockey Membership fee*
*These are the registration costs until September 1. Afterwards Cost goes up additional $75
*Should a team require tryouts, they may be subject to a fee. Any players not wanting to take part in tryouts will be placed on a lower tier team.

CMHC would like to remind you that there are organizations that will assist with costs should that prevent a child from participating, including Kidsport, Every kid/Every Community, and Jump Start. There are also local companies that are willing to assist. Links for these programs; HERE
NEW FOR THE 2023/24 SEAONS
Clairmont Minor Hockey Club will require a Volunteer Bond. We will require a $250 DEPOSIT/Raffle purchase for each child registered. More information regarding this will be discussed at our open house this fall.
Our club would not be successful without the help from Volunteers, and we greatly appreciate the time and energy each parent puts in. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Team Managers or any of the CMH Executive Board at any time.
