AGM
I understand there has been many questions and
speculation about the Semi Annual General Meeting and it's length.
Please attend, it is a meeting to discuss the ongoing relationship
between Grande Prairie Minor Hockey Association and Clairmont Minor Hockey
(there are some changes that will affect the upcoming season), there will
be information regarding the new county Sportsplex and Clairmont Minor Hockey,
there will be information regarding the registration process for the 2012 - 2013
season, there will be information regarding coaching requirements and parent
requirements for the upcoming season, there will be coffee, juice and doughnuts, there
will be year end gifts for Clairmont Sabres players and coaches. The kids will
be welcome to play in the gymnasium. Most importantly, the new executive has to
be elected. The current executive is made up of several parents of Atom age
children who will be moving on to Pee Wee so it is VERY IMPORTANT that a new
executive is elected to keep Clairmont Minor Hockey running so the kids can
continue to play for the Clairmont SABRES!

Pub Night Fundraiser

Clairmont Minor Hockey would like to announce our 2nd annual Pub Night Fundraiser held on Nov 3 @ Madhatters 6:30 - 9:30 pm. Tickets will be $30 each, and each family is required to purchase 2 tickets. Tickets will be available next week and will be purchased through the team managers. If anyone has or knows company's that would donate items or cash that would be great, contact Cori Dorscheid at either 513-3606 cdors@xplornet.com . There will be 50/50, IPad 2 Raffle, and various silent auction items. We look forward to seeing you all there.
