Registration 2010-2011 Season In preparation for our next season, we will be holding our Registration night on June 15th, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. at the Clairmont Arena.
A $50 evaluation fee has been implemented for Atom players as they will be provided with ice times in September for conditioning purposes and to carry out the evaluations necessary for team placements. This fee is mandatory as all players on the Atom teams must be evaluated.
Fees for 2010-2011 season are as follows: |

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the CMHC executive; however, a 25% non refundable administration fee will be withheld from all registration fees that are refunded. |
* 4 yr old children may register if they are independent on their skates.
Each family is also required to submit a $200.00 cheque, post dated to March 15, 2011, with their registration. This is a bond that will be returned at the end of the season once volunteer and fundraising obligations are fulfilled.
ALL paperwork must be signed and payment in full must be received before your registration will be considered complete. Any players with incomplete registrations will not be eligible to participate in any CMHC activities until such time as their registration is complete. Items required for a complete registration are as follows:
1. Completed and signed Registration form
2. Payment in full of registration and evaluation fees (if applicable)
3. Volunteer bond cheque for $200 postdated to March 15, 2011
4. Parents’ pledge
5. Players’ pledge
6. All players who live South of Hwy 43 must complete and sign the exemption form, or if recently moved to a new residence complete the Parent Declaration form
7. For any new registrations a copy of the players birth certificate and AB Healthcare number is needed
